Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using Chị Ánh IELTS practice, access plans, and writing-grading features.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Chị Ánh IELTS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for the information in your account and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and notify us through the published contact channel if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
3. Educational nature of the service
Chị Ánh IELTS provides IELTS preparation and practice tools. It is an educational service, not an official IELTS examination service.
4. Practice scores and IELTS disclaimer
Practice scores, band estimates, feedback and grading are educational guidance. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any examination score, improvement, admission, visa or other outcome. IELTS is a trademark of its respective owners; no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship is implied.
5. Paid access
Current purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Available plans may cover Reading, Listening, Writing, or Full Access. Access is granted for the duration associated with the purchased plan after payment is successfully confirmed.
6. Writing grading and credits
Writing plans may include human-grading credits according to the applicable access entitlement. Credits, availability and feedback are provided only as supported by the plan and service at the time of use.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes may be offered for selected plans or durations and can be subject to eligibility, dates, limits and other conditions configured for the code. A discount code has no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
8. User conduct
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use content or accounts in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
9. Content and intellectual property
The service’s tests, interface, learning materials and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your personal learning in accordance with these terms, but may not copy, distribute, sell or exploit them without permission.
10. Service availability
We may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, security, or the service’s integrity requires it. You may also request deletion of your account as described in the data-deletion page.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chị Ánh IELTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
